Our Firm Overview Is Important To Us
Founded in 2004, Aun and Mckay is dedicated to helping those who have been injured due to the carelessness or negligence of another. We are experienced trial lawyers with over 40 years of combined experience. We have litigated automobile wreck cases, motorcycle wreck cases, trucking cases, wrongful death cases, slip and fall cases, nursing home abuse cases, medical malpractice cases, dram shop cases (over service of alcohol by a bar), suits against the government, false imprisonment, worker’s compensation and dog bite cases.

It is our firm belief and firm overview that a potential litigant needs a personal and direct relationship with his or her lawyer. That is why we have maintained a two (2) man operation. Our clients are not assigned to an associate nor do they have to deal with just a paralegal. When you retain Aun and McKay, you will deal with Andy or Randy from beginning to the end of your case.
When we are retained we treat the case as if it will go to trial and the insurance company or other corporate defendant will not act reasonable in settlement negotiations. We understand that most folks don’t want to go to court and would rather settle. However, it is through aggressive litigation and tenacious approach that the insurance companies and big corporations will understand that they must compensate a wrongfully injured person in a reasonable fashion which is a massive part of our firm overview.
We are trial lawyers and not simply settlement lawyers running a personal injury mill. We represent individual clients and not simply a mass client base overseen by associates or even contract attorneys.
